France-Canada Congres

Whitehorse will host the important Congres between France and Canada that celebrates the liberation of France at the end of WWII.  30 seniors will come and share their stories of the war as well as care for Canadian gravesides and memorials.  The event will be taking place throughout the city of Whitehorse and even in different areas of the territory.
